The largest reason I have steered toward creating a channel is that most of our students do not have accounts at video sharing/hosting sites, because most of them do not upload anything to share. I know you have to turn on the option in your settings to view them, but still, that's not hard to do. It's too bad that the video quality there is so much more superior than any other video site.
